Challenge

Apple wanted to highlight their free 3-hour delivery service for products purchased during the holiday season. They partnered with Grow My Money to send a solus email, but the campaign had to stand out during one of the busiest and most competitive retail periods of the year.

Solution

Working within Apple’s strict brand guidelines, I designed and launched an A/B test email campaign that balanced creative variation with brand consistency:

  • Two subject line variations tested to determine the highest open rate potential.

  • Content aligned precisely with Apple’s visual and tone guidelines while clearly communicating the delivery offer.

  • Optimised layout for both desktop and mobile to capture the widest possible audience.

Results

Despite being sent during the crowded holiday season:

  • 23% open rate

  • 7% click-to-open rate

  • Strong engagement for a premium brand during peak inbox competition.

The campaign reinforced Apple’s premium service offering while proving that precise execution within brand constraints can deliver measurable results.
